Post Forming Machine
PLC Model In the PLC Model there is program logic controller, which can store upto 20 program for difference profile, i.e; where to stop and how much movement the forming bar has to travel. These can be easily recalled and all the settings will be change accordingly. It is very easy to operate with PLC. As soon as the job will be complete the forming bar will come back to its original position. The job is removed manually and the new job can be made. By pressing only one button the forming bar will start its work stop where the setting is and complete the job and come back to its original position. If the job is changed just by changing the programme no whole setting will be changed as per new design or profile.
